Hallo Baristarim,

Ich habe gesehen, dass du vor kurzem angefangen hast, dich an der Wikipedia zu beteiligen. Weil deine Diskussionsseite aber noch leer ist, möchte ich dich kurz begrüßen.

Für den Einstieg empfehle ich dir das Tutorial und Wie schreibe ich gute Artikel. Wenn du neue Artikel anlegen willst, kannst du dich an anderen des selben Themenbereichs orientieren. Ganz wichtig sind dabei stets Quellenangaben, welche deine Bearbeitung belegen. Wenn du erstmal etwas ausprobieren willst, ist hier Platz dafür. Bitte beachte, dass die Wikipedia ausschließlich der Erstellung einer Enzyklopädie dient und zur Zusammenarbeit ein freundlicher Umgangston notwendig ist.

Fragen stellst du am besten hier, aber die meisten Wikipedianer und auch ich helfen dir gerne. Solltest du bestimmte Wörter oder Abkürzungen nicht auf Anhieb verstehen, schaue mal ins Glossar.

Wenn du Bilder hochladen möchtest, achte bitte auf die korrekte Lizenzierung und schau mal, ob du dich nicht auch in Commons anmelden möchtest, um die Bilder dort zugleich auch den Schwesterprojekten zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Ein Tipp für deinen Einstieg in die Wikipedia: Sei mutig, aber respektiere die Leistungen anderer Benutzer! Herzlich willkommen!

anzahl der türken in deutschland

es gab eine lange und ausführliche diskussion über die anzahl der türken in deutschland. wir haben die zahlen des statistischen bundesamtes übernommen. solltest du erneut revertieren, werde ich deine sperrung beantragen. 3ecken1elfer 21:17, 4. Dez. 2006 (CET)

I am sorry, I don't speak German.. However, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the article's title is "Turks in Germany", not "Turkish citizens in Germany".. This is important since there are similar articles in English Wiki (maybe German one as well) like "Kurds in Turkey" who are NOT based on citizenship. Now, unless someone has a problem with having Turkish people in Germany (I hope not), it should be normal to talk about the number of people in Germany of Turkish origin.. The article in English Wikipedia is sourced by Eurostat and German Federal Bureau of Statistics figures, unless you have better figures, then there is no room for discussion. Really? How about this Kurds in Turkey?? How come that article exists then? There are 2,6 million Turks in Germany, of whom 750,000 have assumed German citizenship, these are official Eurostat and German Federal Bureau of Statistics figures. The title of the article is "Turks in Germany" and NOT "Turkish citizens in Germany". That's all I am saying, I don't even understand why this is such a big deal.. Baristarim 22:03, 4. that way, discussion stays on one place and can be followed easier.

Ok then. You see what happens when you don't explain people how things work? :)) In the English wiki, that would be considered just the opposite, and can easily be considered disrespect/vandalism.
