Wordings

• "present new house"-This strikes me as very odd wording. If you mean there have been several new additions and you are talking the latest one, perhaps "newest addition" or "latest remodeling" or "most recent expansion". Were the old buildings totally torn down and rebuilt, or had new roooms added or what?

It's not all my wording, Dr. Blofeld started it. The theatre first had a house, that was replaced by a new one, and that is what we still have today. How do we say that?
