I am a bot owner and an admin in Hungarian Wikipedia. I came here to help in the implementation of TOCbot. TOCbot creates TOC (Inhaltsverzeichnis) from archives of a given page. If you write me in German, I can read it by means of a dictionary (some century I spoke German, but I forgot my knowledge), but I can express myself in English.
