my name is Frank and i am an author for Wikipedia - The free encyclopedia. Currently i am working on an article about ##Artikelname## for the german wikipedia. For that reason i would like to use your picture ##Name des Bildes##. So i would like to ask you, if you would publish that picture under the free license CC-BY or CC-BY-SA.
