Thermos Cooking is a method of Thermal Cooking by using a vacuum flask as a cooking device.
There are two ways:
- Carryover cooking : the cook places preheated food in a vacuum flask until it is ready to eat
- Low temperature cooking: the cook places raw food and preboiled water in a thermos until the food is ready to eat
