Calm down. Try to think - what is your objective? To get some changes done in some articles in Lithuanian Wikipedia, or just to insult someone? It is hardly possible to achieve both... Yes. There is also a Lithuanian version of this account - lt:Naudotojas:Tvarkytojas (lt:Specialus:Contributions/Tvarkytojas). Doesn't seem to be very different from the other socks (lt:Specialus:Contributions/Lianzbergis, lt:Specialus:Contributions/Piktasis, lt:Specialus:Contributions/81.130.215.14 etc.)... --Kanterbrau (talk) 00:08, 20 February 2008 (UTC)

This guy made a huge number of changes within minutes of creating User:Tvarkytojas, including some annoying ones in the church categorization pages which I'm trying to clean up. Can we deal appropriately? Tb (talk) 20:49, 26 February 2008 (UTC)

I see that you managed to clean up nicely. However, I can't think of a good way to solve the long-term problem... Warning him seems to be pointless (he already received many warnings). Discussion also seems to be unlikely to succeed. It's certainly possible to block the user (many of his accounts have been blocked and there is no administrator willing to unblock them, so it could be argued that there is a Community ban), but he will just create another sockpupet... Spotting each of them is relatively easy in the Lithuanian Wikipedia, where simply perodically checking Recent changes page can work, but not here. Watchlisting the probable targets is also hard - he seems to edit almost random articles related to religion, Lithuania, jews, communism, special services and martial arts... There are simply too many of them. Autoblock might help, but not for long, as he changes IPs often... It looks like only informing his ISP hasn't been tried, and I am not sure that it is going to work much better... Whois shows that some of his IP addresses belong to different ISPs - for example, User talk:212.158.244.124 notes that this address (used, for example, for [1] or [2]) belongs to an Internet Cafe in London... --Kanterbrau (talk) 00:43, 28 February 2008 (UTC)

Please review the conversation on Talk:Battle in Berlin#Polish troops and consider if the comments after you posted you opinion have changed you mind. Please post you opinion one way or other to the bottom of the section. I do not think that there is a consensus to keep a banner at the top of the page for months on end over this issue, given the opinions of two other editors who are active editors on military history articles. Good evening to you and regards from Campora San Giovanni. I write you regarding the articles of a note police television series: Inspector Rex. For better saying some principal actors of the international series. Martin Weinek and Kaspar Capparoni. Weinek is the veteran of the Austrian series, now real member of the series international, as well as excellent agricultural and theatrical entrepreneur and an experienced wine-grower. Capparoni is the new entry of the series, but he has already worked and he works for international productions and with famous directors, I quote among everybody: Dario Argento. I think that the series will arrive within the winter 2008 thanks also to Rai International, that will be transmitted in 150 countries and in more than 60 languages, among which the Lithuanian. Naturally if you will help me in this, me ricamberò really the favor translating a biography or a geographical article in Italian and Sicilian. In fact on the Italian edition they are biographer and geographer. In attends him of one certain answer of yours I thank you in advance and I greet you from Campora San Giovanni, my village native. OK, probably I'll think of something... For example, I'm slowly getting the list of members of Lithuanian Academy of Sciences (lt:Sąrašas:Lietuvos mokslų akademijos nariai) into shape... Ah, yes, thank you. Observations

I really admire your attempts to introduce principles and rules to various nationalistic agenda driven one day accounts or anonymous IPs. But form my experience I can tell, that it isn't worth efforts and time, as after few days they usually disappear. Better to concentrate free time for the writing new articles. Cheers, M.K. Apology

just to be brief, I do apologize. I saw last night that according to WP policy (even if I may not personally totally agree, in that it could be an uptight view by WP, but it still needs to be followed) "some maintain" is considered "weasel"ish... IF NO REFERENCES are given. Which there weren't. So technically what you (and Diannaa) said is true. Sorry about the trouble. The only reason I'm writing you here is because you wrote me on my talk page.... But anyway, it's fine. I was merely making the point that there is another WP policy of NEUTRALITY in wording, and not to have the tone of endorsing a particular view THAT NOT ALL SCHOLARS OR HISTORIANS agree with. Not everyone agrees that the trinity doctrine was formulated even at Nicaea, let alone before Nicaea. Some think that, but not all. Anyway, thanks for your attention to this. It's no sweat.
