[Quelltext bearbeiten]I assume from your edit summary that you do not speak German, right? You have assessed the new Tunisian system of government to be parliamentarian. I doubt that; have a look at the articles on the Tunisian constitution or the Tunisian government (Verfassung der Tunesischen Republik, Tunesische Regierung) which show in detail that not the parliament is the most powerful body of government but the president who shares powers with the legislative. So, I (and the people mentioned in the indicated articles) would assess the system of government as being semi-presidential and hope you agree. Best wishes, --Andropov (Diskussion) 23:09, 28. No it is parlementary, as the parliament (assembly of the representatives of the people) approves the government by majority and can veto it, the executive power lies in the hands of the prime-minister, while the president has symbolic powers. You need to check the constitution of 2014 as it changed. it's "Tunisian Constitution of 2014" in english wikipedia and "Constitution tunisienne de 2014" in french wikipedia, it is not yet in deutch. If you agree please change change it back to parliamentarism, thank you AndropovTounsimentounes (Diskussion)
- Hallo Tounsimentounes, thank you for your answer. However, I still understand the new constitution of 2014 differently to your reading, and with me all the people mentioned in Verfassung der Tunesischen Republik who are experts on constitutional law or Tunisian politics. This de.WP-article actually deals mainly with the constitution of 2014. Thus, I would suggest that you base your argument on other scholars who agree with you (I, to be honest, have not yet encountered any). Shall we continue our conversation on Diskussion:Politisches System Tunesiens? --Andropov (Diskussion) 19:38, 20. Mär. 2015 (CET)
- Sorry, actually, most of the German-language articles on the Tunisian political system are in a very bad shape. I have written Tunesische Regierung which deals with the government only but in which I have written a bit more on what some experts say about this constitution and system of government. --Andropov (Diskussion) 19:50, 20.
