Unter Geschichte lesen wir: Helmand war früher Teil der persichen Provinz Sistan, ab 1940 Teil der afghanischen Provinz Kandahar und ist seit 1958 eine eigenständige Provinz Ich denke nicht das dies stimmt. Vg. z.B.: Until 1940, the province was considered as part of the province of Kandahar, but after the implication of the Helmand-Argandab Irrigation Project, it obtained the status of a separate province with the capital Gareshk. Und: einst Teil der persischen Ostprovinz Sistan, bis 1940 Teil Kandahars, danach selbstständige Provinz. Helmand war also bis 1940 Teil von Kandahar. --Fransvannes 22:12, 3.
