Discussion about the portrait he made of himself

Seems the picture I found maybe has been made based on the portrait Richter made himself. THis is the URL to orginal image http://www.bildindex.de/obj08100457.html#%7Chome The strange thing about this drawing that it is signed with 1894. I can not clearly read who the creator is. But Richter died in 1845. How come there is such a young picture of him. So this picture must be based on another drawing. Becker said the drawing would have been made in 1825. Address in Paris

Tried to verify the address. Rue de la Grande Truanderie exists. I just could not find no. 42 on Google maps: https://goo.gl/maps/s1XFpaJ75VR2 Where no. 42 should be a big modern building has rissen. We know a lot of Paris was damaged during World War II. On a map of Paris in 1864 you can clearly see the street was longer. http://www.oldmapsofparis.com/map/1864 . Same in 1889.
