Birthday

Since 1546 was before the establishment of the Gregorian calendar (and it is unclear to me whether Schmalkalden accepted the calendar earlier or later than other places when it did accept it, but that's incidental?) does our source for his birthdate make it clear whether this date is a conversion to Gregorian date from the date in which he was born, or is it just the calendar date on which he was born and needs to be converted to a "N.S." date for standardization (at least on those sites which require that all dates, even pre-1582 and in regions post-1582 that still used Julian, be standardized to Gregorian)? Im Text taucht zweimal ohne jedwede Erläuterung die Abkürzung ADB auf. Der Kontext lässt vermuten, dass damit die Allgemeine deutsche Bibliothek gemeint ist, aber vermuten ist nicht wissen - und in jedem Fall gehört das präzisiert. --188.102.38.225 10:44, 18. Sep. 2023 (CEST)
