Kasımpaşa

Kasımpaşa is a quarter (neighbourhood) of Beyoğlu district, Istanbul. Although "Kasımpaşa SK" is one of the oldest sports clubs in Istanbul, based in this quarter, I think the quarter itself is not less notable than the SK. Would a DE:WP editor be kind enough to create a "Kasımpaşa" article for this part of Istanbul? A translation from Turkish or English WP could make the task easier.
