The MV Murree does have a page on the English Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MV_Murree I have tried to insert a link on the German page in the table of ships. I think someone undid this. Perhaps a German speaking editor would put the link in? I have put a link to the German page about SD18 on the MV Murree page. There is no English equivalent of the German SD18 page, there probably should be but I do not really speak German. (nicht signierter Beitrag von 194.61.173.253 (Diskussion) 13:06, 9. Until now nobody undid your edit. Now I did. As a general rule we do not crosslink to other languages, except via the "This page in other languages" function. Until somebody creates MV Murree, the link will removed. --P.C. 13:10, 9. Apr. 2013 (CEST)Beantworten

English article

Entschuldigung sie mir, Ich spreche nicht Deutsch

I translated this article into English. Apparently, some of the data here is wrong; please see the recent changes, cited to Lloyd's Register of Shipping, made by a ship expert. Andy Mabbett (Diskussion) 01:33, 18. Mai 2013 (CEST)Beantworten

Hi Andy, thanks for your notice! I started this article based on the data given in Bob Scott's book about standard ship types (which in general is a very authoritative work) but added some stuff from various other sources. So it's possible that certain entries there are wrong. So i'll countercheck this and will revert. Brgds, --SteKrueBe Office 14:55, 18. Mai 2013 (CEST)Beantworten
Hi again! I found out that the ship type has been kept in the A&P programme until late 1980ies but with a different engine and cargo gear layout. As stated in the article already it was not sold any more however. Furthermore i found out that the Ayubia received a main engine replacement in the late 1980ies. I hope this clarifies the variations in the articles somewhat. All the best, --SteKrueBe Office 00:42, 19. Mai 2013 (CEST)Beantworten
