Es besteht ein ernsthafter Unterschied zwischen Leuten die mal ein paar Semester Physik gehört haben (davon gibt es viele), und jenen die Physik wirklich studiert haben! Zitat aus einem Interview mit Jansen:

Date of Birth of Theo Jansen

His date of birth on this German page (17 March 1948) does not match the date of birth listed on the English and Dutch Wiki pages (14 March 1948). Which is correct? I tried to make a change to unify the dates, but it was reverted. Is there an authoritative source? The date of birth is given as 14 March 1948 on his IMDB page. As far as I know, IMDB is authoritative on these matters, since the content is confirmed by sources in the industry. According to IMDB: "IMDb is now the world’s most popular and authoritative source for movie, TV and celebrity content." How authoritative is that "rkd" page? -- AlanSiegrist (Diskussion)

In order to help clear up this confusion, a friend of mine found an email address for Theo Jansen himself and has sent him an email asking him to please confirm his date of birth. I will report back here if Mr. Jansen replies. -- AlanSiegrist (Diskussion)
