Estischer Meister

If I may: here and here it is 1930. In "Szachy od A do Z" by Litmanowicz & Giżycki there is no word about Estonian championship 1930 or 1931. There is only written that in 1931 he represented Estonia in Baltic Championships and in 1931 he had moved to Lithuania and began to represent that country. Regards pjahr 23:13, 23. Jul. 2007 (CEST)

And this one says 1931. It seems that the majority of sources says 1930. Alas it is not traceable who copies who, thus 1930 it shall remain until some more evidence turns up. --Gereon K. 00:51, 24. Jul. 2007 (CEST)

According to Kenneth Whyld (Chess, the records, 1986, page 98) there were no tournaments for the championship of Estonia in 1930 and 1931. However, the russian biography (Dworkowitsch 1988, page 9) states that Mikenas won a match for the championship against Johannes Tuern in 1930 (+5 -2 =1) and includes a game from this event.
