Diskussion:Zweiter Frieden von Thorn
I don;t know German, only read it Babelfish translation, but I would want to add one note: ALL people from outside Prussia were treated as "foreigners" in the sense, that only "Prussia-born" people could held seats in Prussia. This was similar to the rights in Ducal Russia, where also only "Prussia-born" people could held offices and Germans from outside Prussia were considered foreigners (and violation of that rihgts by Hohenzollerns many times led to conflicts, as effect of which ducal Prussia was almost incorporated into Polish kingdom). Similar rights were held in Europe by many provinces of many states. Aslo some other Polish voivodships had the same limitations to _some_ of the offices, which could be held only by people having estates in that voivodship. 150.254.130.180 11:29, 28. Feb 2006 (CET)
150.254... you are talking about Prussian Indigenat, same Prussian citizenship for both Western and Eastern-Prussia. Ius indigenatus Preussisches Indigenatsrecht, Preussische Staatsbuergerschaft, da Preussen, beide Teile-Westlich und Östliches weiterhin zusammen eine eigene Staatsbürgerschaft hatten.
