Follow me ist ein Fernseh-Sprachkurs zum Erlernern der englischen Sprache aus den Jahren 1979 bis 1981, produziert von der BBC, dem BR, NDR, WDR, HR, ORF und der SRG.

Der Kurs, an dessen Konzeption auch der Deutsche Volkshochschul-Verband und der Europarat beteiligt waren, bildete das seinerzeit größte europäische Medienverbundprojekt. Er besteht aus 60 Folgen zu je 15 Minuten, insgesamt also 15 Stunden. Durch die Sendung führte der britische Schauspieler Francis Matthews.

Alle Folgen sind auf YouTube verfügbar, die meisten auch auf Dailymotion. Eine überarbeitete Version ohne Außenszenen erschien 1995 unter dem Titel Presentation.

Begleitmaterial in Form von Büchern und Tonkassetten erschien bei Langenscheidt-Longman.
