MediaWiki Diskussion:Linkshere

Replaced by MediaWiki:Linkshere-2

For your orientation, MediaWiki:Linkshere has been replaced by MediaWiki:Linkshere-2 where $1 is a html link and not the page name. There is a proposal at phab:T189860 to revert this change. PrimeHunter (Diskussion) 16:31, 30. Mai 2018 (CEST)

@Leyo: A backwards compatible change with $1 as the page name is expected with MediaWiki 1.32/wmf.7 Thursday. The current html link in $1 of MediaWiki:Linkshere-2 may become available as $2. If you use it then the link will use redirect=no to not follow a redirect in case WhatLinksHere is used on a redirect. PrimeHunter (Diskussion) 16:06, 6. Jun. 2018 (CEST)

@Leyo: The expected change hasn't happened yet. It's listed as "Make linkshere-related messages backward compatible (task T189860) by Daimona Eaytoy" at mw:MediaWiki 1.32/wmf.7#Core changes, and Special:Version shows MediaWiki 1.32.0-wmf.7. @Leyo: The new backwards compatible version went live yesterday. At the English Wikipedia I used the new feature to not follow redirects in [1]. It's a little more complicated with your current coding (something like {{#if:{{{1|}}}|[[:{{{1}}}]]|$2}}, untested) and you don't have to use it. PrimeHunter (Diskussion) 16:18, 15. Jun. 2018 (CEST)

Leyo Die bis jetzt verwendete Variable $1 führt im Falle einer Weiterleitung direkt auf den Zielartikel. Neu eingeführt wurde $2 in Form einer URL zur eigentlichen Weiterleitung. Was man umseitig nutzen möchte, weiß ich gerade nicht. — Raymond ^Disk. 22:09, 16. Jun. 2018 (CEST)
