- That was my assumption, that your mother tongue might be English. Anyway, it's a lot of work for me or for anybody else to correct additions to existing articles that are halfway between English and German. Why don't you put your suggestions, even in English, on your personal talk page or somewhere else where they can be edited beforehand. Thanks, --Goliath613 11:27, 19. Aug. 2011 (CEST)
- here is total missing a lot of information in this article. please look at the "English article". פארוק 12:13, 19. Aug. 2011 (CEST)
- I don't think so. The information is more or less the same as in the English article, only that it's now presented in a shorter way. --Goliath613 12:26, 19. Aug. 2011 (CEST)

Well, maybe it would be better if you'd stop creating automatically translated articles. If there's an interest in its existence someone will write it or bring it forward in a motion. It seems like the area of adding new text is the wrong one for you if you can't even write German. --Cherryx sprich! 16:55, 16. Sep. 2012 (CEST)
Copying weblinks from en-WP
[Quelltext bearbeiten]Hi פארוק! Thanks for enhancing the weblink section of Ilan Ramon. It looks like you just copied from the English Wikipedia without adaptation. Two of the links (NASA and spacefacts) were already present. And please note that templates are usually site-specific. So the find-a-grave template of en-WP doesn't work in de-WP. When working with weblinks of a foreign language, we usually have two options: one is to describe the contents in German, one is to use the original title. You described the contents in English, which is neither of them. Finally: for weblinks in foreign language, we usually add the name of the language, such as "(englisch)". Would you please do this as well? This avoids unnecessary clean-up. Thanks. Toda! :-) --Asdert (Diskussion) 13:00, 9. Aug. 2012 (CEST)
- It will be ok if i can add links with an English title ?. thank you very much !. פארוק (Diskussion) 21:52, 9. Aug. 2012 (CEST)
- Hi פארוק! I moved your question from my talk page to yours, so that the discussion stays together. Generally, it is not easy to write in a Wikipedia of a language in which you are not fluent. This is not only a matter of language and translation, but also of the mentality and the rules that developped differently in different Wikipedias. In the English Wikipedia you will rarely find weblinks of a foreign language. In languages with less speakers, it will be difficult to find weblinks in their language. One of the weblink rules in the German Wikipedia (Number 1 on Wikipedia:Weblinks) is: Weblinks in German language are preferred. Web pages of high quality and foreign language can be linked if there is no equal page of German language. In such a case, the language shall be added in brackets, like „(englisch)“. Another rule is that listed weblinks shall be few (five or less), but excellent. These rules are guidelines, and very often you find more than the recommended five weblinks. This usually is tolerated, until there are too many links that add too little information. Then somebody will sweep through the weblinks and reduce their number, and somebody else will complain that his favourite link was deleted. So there is no easy answer to your question. Yes, English titles are okay, but individual links may still be debatable. If you are not sure, you may always use the talk page of the article and ask for opinions and assistance. English is usually no problem, as you see. But before posting weblinks, please check whether they are already listed, and please don't use English templates that are not translated. These would produce a red link. I guess you may want to re-check the Norwegian, Slovenian, Polish and Esperanto page of Ilan Ramon. Hope this helps. Good luck and have fun! --Asdert (Diskussion) 00:17, 10. Aug. 2012 (CEST)

Your article National Headquarters der israelischen Polizei
[Quelltext bearbeiten]Hello, Your article National Headquarters der israelischen Polizei is now here. It became deleted because of to many language-mistakes. If you want to help to improve the article, you are welcome. You can use my or the articles discussion-page where you can post in English. Regards & Shalom, Okin (Diskussion) 17:59, 12. - Now I took your article National Headquarters der israelischen Polizei to extend the article Polizei (Israel). The reason is, that I am not sure if an own article about the building would meet the german-language-wikipedia`s criterias for notability. The article`s history appears in the text of that version. Regards, Okin (Diskussion) 02:18, 13. Sep. 2012 (CEST)
Now I started a new article instead of translating en:Eretz Israel Museum. The reasons are, that the en-article contains false information (e.g. the museum was founded 1958, not 1953 ([1])) and some phrases and sentences seem to me rather appropriate for a travel guide than for a encyclopedia (e.g. ... visitors find themselves ...). The article is still a stub, but can become extended and improved. Regards, Okin (Diskussion) 02:25, 3. Okt. 2012 (CEST)
please remember, as Benutzer:Asdert told you. --PigeonIP (Diskussion) 19:57, 12. Feb. 2013 (CET)

--Orientalist (Diskussion) 13:34, 26. Okt. 2014 (CET)
