It is, but the negligence of the anglophone to proper translations, even for one of the biggest projects in the wikiverse is well known. Such stuff just widens the gap between those detached people in San Francisco and the main projects. --Grüße vom Sänger ♫ ^(Reden) 14:45, 27. Mär. 2024 (CET)

Thank you for following up regarding this matter! I agree that it is an unfortunate mistake from my side to have again slipped with the notion of "movement" - since previous interaction and personal note left here, I should have known better. As to the translations of the Wikimedia Movement Charter itself - they will be made by a fluent speaker, so I hope that the issue does not prevail there.
