Missing introduction

I am aware of the introduction missing. I do not have the language skills to write it in German, however. Hence, I have chosen to just provide the data, in the hope that others will provide the necessary comments. I could of course have posted on the Norwegian or English Wiki instead, but prefer to post here, where there are others who care about the subject. So I hope that you excuse my lack of style, and appreciate the substance.
